The Metabolic Blueprint

Still cold, tired, and stuck?

It is rarely one thing. Cold hands, afternoon crashes, poor sleep, and a “normal” blood panel are often one metabolic pattern. This analysis finds yours, and puts the fix in order.

The Metabolic Blueprint

Your Comprehensive
Metabolic Analysis

Read and written by hand
Section 2 · My interpretation

A stalled engine running cold while your labs still read normal. The six things you described are one problem wearing six faces.

Section 4 · Your protocol, in order
1Feed the conversion step first
2Lower the stress load on it
3Refill the cofactors you are short on
Written for your physiologyPage 1 of 40

You can be fatigued and look perfectly normal on the outside.

01

Where you sit on the range

Lab ranges are wide. You can land comfortably inside one and still sit far to the left of where your body actually runs well.

STANDARD RANGEYOUStrugglingRunning well
02

How your body sets its pace

When the energy your body can spend is limited, it quietly cuts back on warmth, drive, and repair, all at once, to stay within budget.

03

Why standard bloodwork can miss it

You can run cold and flat while a standard panel still reads normal, because the number that decides your pace is not the one it checks.

NORMAL

The analysis finds six things, in order.

  1. Where your energy is constrained
  2. What is driving the constraint
  3. Which systems are pulling on it
  4. What to change first
  5. What to leave until later
  6. How you will know it is working

Every analysis is read against a private research library.

Behind it sits years of metabolic research and literature, each finding graded by how strong the evidence is, from well established to still emerging, and growing every week. When your case turns on a specific hormone, nutrient, or pathway, you get a read ranked by that evidence rather than by whatever is loudest online.

Each analysis also runs a fixed set of checks: every claim traced to a verified source, nothing relevant left out, and your protocol reconciled against what you already take, so it never tells you to double a nutrient you already get enough of.

Complaints that look unrelated are one connected process. Read across thyroid, blood sugar, stress hormones, nutrients, and the gut, they converge on a single root, and that is the one the analysis rebuilds first.

What you receive

Five parts, delivered together as one written analysis built for your body.

A 30+ page written analysis
Analysis
A complete read of your metabolic state: the specific mechanisms throttling your energy, traced through your own symptoms and history, written by hand for your body.
A phased rebuild roadmap
Roadmap
The exact order to restore your metabolism. Sequence is everything, so this is what to do first, what comes next, and what to leave until the ground is ready.
A supplement protocol dosed to you
Protocol
Specific compounds, forms, and doses chosen for your case and your constraints, not a generic stack pulled off a shelf.
A reading list built for your body
Reading list
The pieces of the research that actually bear on your pattern, so you understand the why and can carry it forward yourself.
A 30-day check-in
Check-in
A follow-up that reads how your body responded, and adjusts the plan where your results call for it.

One page, lifted from the middle of a real analysis. The full document runs 30+ pages, every line written for the body it is about.

Section 4 · Your Protocol

Priority 1: Feed the conversion step before anything else.

What to do. Add a salted carbohydrate to your first meal and your last, and bring in the conversion cofactors your pattern is most likely short on. The exact foods, doses, and order are in Section 7.

Why this, for you. The storage-to-active conversion is the bottleneck in your case, and it is substrate-dependent and stress-sensitive. Lower the stress load, supply the raw material, and that second step runs. It is why your morning cold and your afternoon flatness are the same problem.

What to watch for. Within two to three weeks your waking temperature should climb toward the 36.6 to 36.8 range, and the afternoon crash softens first. If nothing has moved by week four, this read is wrong for your body and we change course at the check-in. That test is built into the plan.

Priority 2: Steady the stress chemistry the conversion runs against.

With the substrate in place, the next lever is the load pulling against it …

What happens when the read is right.

F. P. recorded his own waking temperature over those weeks. This is his log, one person's dated observation.

It is not a promise you will see the same. Whether your own readings move is exactly what the 30-day check-in is built to read.

Highly recommend. Dude put together a master blueprint on not just losing fat but doing it in a way that cultivates true health and allows one to thrive along the way.

“You're the best coach I've had. I used to have so little energy with cooked health. Now I'm pumped daily.”

Ahmed Al-Ashtari

I'm Ahmed Al-Ashtari.

For most of my life I was cold, low on energy, and unmotivated, and every blood test told me I was perfectly fine. Not one marker out of range, even high testosterone. But I did not feel fine, and nobody could tell me why.

It was only after years of deep, comprehensive research into metabolism that I turned it around. Honestly, I am a new person now. The Metabolic Blueprint is that research made usable, and I read and write every analysis myself, individualized to your case rather than pulled from a template.

How it works

What happens after you apply.

Applying is free. I read your case first, and you pay only if you decide to go ahead.

  1. That is all it takes to start, and I use exactly what you send.

    What you send

    • Your symptoms
    • Any bloodwork you have
    • Your diet and history
    • What you already take

    No payment details requested.

One analysis, and you stop guessing.

A complete read of your metabolism, a protocol dosed to you, and the order to follow it, written by hand and delivered within two weeks. The complete analysis is $1,500, one payment, with the 30-day check-in built in.

If nothing has moved by that check-in, we change course together. The test is built into the price. Against years of guessing and supplements that did not work, it is one payment to stop.

Apply for your analysis

Applying is free, and I read every application myself.

Not ready for the full analysis?Start with the book.

The worldview the whole analysis is built on lives in one place, in your hands. The engine, the throttle, borrowed energy, and how your body makes and spends it, all laid out so you can apply it yourself.

Your articles have genuinely changed my perspective and understanding on my health, so much so that I made more progress in my healing in 3 months than I have in 2 years. Deeply grateful!!
