Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 July 2026.

This policy sets out what personal data this site collects, the purposes and legal bases for processing it, who processes it, how long it is retained, and the rights available to you. It is written to meet the General Data Protection Regulation and Norwegian data protection law.

Controller

The data controller is Ahmed Al-Ashtari, a registered sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) in Norway, organisation number 937 840 470, operating this site and the Comprehensive Metabolic Analysis. Contact studiotss21@gmail.com for any question about this policy or to exercise any right set out below.

Data collected

Quiz: email address, the answers submitted, and the resulting metabolic pattern.

Application: name, email address, and the health information submitted, including symptoms, history, conditions, and medications.

Solenne Nights waitlist: email address, first name where provided, the referral code issued to you, the referral code that introduced you where applicable, the number of referrals attributed to you, the acquisition source recorded from the link you arrived through, and which version of the page you were shown.

Automatically: IP address and standard request metadata, processed for security and bot prevention.

Personal data is not sold, and is not shared for advertising.

Health data

Quiz answers and application content constitute data concerning health, a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR. This data is processed on the basis of explicit consent, given on submission of the relevant form, and solely for the purpose it was submitted for. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by email, upon which processing ceases and the data is erased unless retention is required by law.

Where analytics is enabled it may also observe quiz answers before they are submitted, as described under Cookies and analytics. That processing rests on the separate analytics consent, not on the consent given here, and declining it prevents it.

Purposes and legal bases

Consent: delivering your quiz result, assessing whether the analysis is a suitable fit, sending follow-up email about the analysis and related guidance, and administering the Solenne Nights waitlist. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, including through the unsubscribe link carried in every email.

Performance of a contract: preparing and delivering the analysis where you commission it, and corresponding with you about it.

Legitimate interests: keeping the site available and secure, and preventing spam and abuse of the forms.

Processors

Resend provides email delivery and hosts the Solenne Nights audience. Cloudflare provides hosting, and its Turnstile service verifies form submissions. Microsoft Clarity provides usage analytics where enabled. Each processes personal data on documented instructions under its own data processing terms.

International transfers

Certain processors operate outside Norway and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfers outside the EEA rely on appropriate safeguards, including the standard contractual clauses adopted by those providers.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and for the duration of any engagement. Quiz and application records that do not lead to an engagement are erased once no longer required. Erasure may be requested at any time and will be carried out unless retention is required by law.

Cookies and analytics

Cloudflare Turnstile stores a short-lived token in your browser to verify that a form submission is human. It is strictly necessary for the forms to function and is not used for tracking.

Analytics is the only non-essential technology used on this site, with one exception: the Solenne Nights waitlist page sets a first-party cookie recording which version of the page you were shown, so it stays consistent on return visits. That cookie is set on arrival, before any banner choice. There is no advertising and no advertising pixel. Visitors in the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a banner and no analytics loads until it is accepted. Elsewhere analytics may load by default. Consent can be withdrawn by clearing site data in your browser.

Microsoft Clarity provides aggregated usage analytics and session replay, and may set cookies for that purpose. It does not run on the application page. On the quiz it records which step you reach, and session replay may capture which option you select. Text entered into form fields is masked by Clarity and is not recorded.

Children

This site and the analysis are intended for adults. Do not submit information if you are under 16.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Requests may be sent by email and will be answered within the statutory period. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.no.

Security

Technical and organisational measures include collecting the minimum data required, restricting access to it, and serving the site over an encrypted connection.

Not medical advice

The quiz, this site, and the analysis are educational and do not constitute medical advice. The limits of what is provided are set out in the Terms & Disclaimer.
